The parser in the engine supports the activiti and camunda namespace since CAM-4127.
In the future the bpmn model API should also use the camunda namespace for its models. Basically, this has three parts:
1. when creating a model the new namespace should be used
2. when reading a model both namespaces (activiti and camunda) should work
3. when modifying a model the namespace that is present should be kept
