Now that the process engine has super cow powers when it comes to file handling, we should improve file handling possiblitities in HTML task forms as well.

• I should be easy to work with files in HTML task forms
• Particularly, I should be able to do the following things without writing custom javascript
  • allow users to upload a file
  • allow users to download a file
  • allow users to render an image file in a form
