Dublicate authorization entry when defining same assignee and candidate user

      When defining the same user for assignee and candidate user camunda tries to write a dublicate authorization entry into the database which results into an exception.

      In Version 7.1 this error didn't occure.

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
