AT:

when throw an escalation event inside an event subprocess (1), the escalation event subprocess inside the same subprocess (2) should catch the escalation event (if the escalationCode match)
when re-throw the escalation event from event subprocess (3) (e.g. same escalationCode) then the boundary event on the subprocess (4) should catch the escalation event
when throw another escalation event from event subprocess (e.g. different escalationCode) then a different escalation event subprocess may catch the escalation event
