AT:
- when throw an escalation event inside an event subprocess (1), the escalation event subprocess inside the same subprocess (2) should catch the escalation event (if the escalationCode match)
- when re-throw the escalation event from event subprocess (3) (e.g. same escalationCode) then the boundary event on the subprocess (4) should catch the escalation event
- when throw another escalation event from event subprocess (e.g. different escalationCode) then a different escalation event subprocess may catch the escalation event
