On the decision definition page, there is a tab below the decision table where all instances for the specific version of the decision definition are shown (similar to the running instances tab for process definitions)
displayed information: decision instance ID, evaluation time, process definition key, activity id
click on the process definition key leads to the process definition page
click on the activity id leads to the process instance page
