Adjust styles for cockpit dmn tables

      dmn-js has its own stylesheets which are integrated into cockpit to style the table. Cockpit also has stylesheets.

      Currently there is an interaction between both style definitions which causes the dmn-tables to look different from the standard dmn-viewer.

      • font-family of table header
      • Input, Output and Annotation labels are not centered
      • combobox dropdown has two carets
      • link color for hide mappings button
      • bottom border of table should be 2px even when controls are not accessible

            in order to correctly style the "read-only" table and its widgets, an additional CSS class is needed.

            gimbel sebastian.stamm IMHO, styles are now ok but I'd like to discuss some aspects of that issue (like the relevance of accessibility of some widgets).
