dmn-js has its own stylesheets which are integrated into cockpit to style the table. Cockpit also has stylesheets.

Currently there is an interaction between both style definitions which causes the dmn-tables to look different from the standard dmn-viewer.

• font-family of table header
• Input, Output and Annotation labels are not centered
• combobox dropdown has two carets
• link color for hide mappings button
• bottom border of table should be 2px even when controls are not accessible
