Various usability improvements:
- On the definition and instance page, there should be an indicator, that this is Historic data (like the Runtime and History switch in the process views)
- Links from the decision definition page should lead to the history view if history view is available (EE version). In this case, the business rule task activity should be selected.
- Instance list in decision definition page should contain column for process instance id with link. Activity ID should not be a link.
- It should be possible to get from the decision instance view to the process instance view which evaluated the decision
