Make DMN section of cockpit dashboard more visible

      It took me a bit to figure out that the decision tables deployed are at the bottom of the dashboard page and I believe this could be improved.

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app

            The cockpit dashboard has now a menu in which the plugin/sections are listed and more easily accessible.

            Change has impact on E2E test [1] [2] suite. Please adjust page objects to that effect.
