select WAS or WLS distro to download from http://docs.camunda.org/enterprise/download/

Problem:
distro not available. Wrong name of the artefact.

Expected artefact name:
camunda-bpm-ee-$SERVERNAME-$VERSION-ee.zip(.tar.gz)

Given artefact name:
camunda-ee-$VENDOR-$SERVERNAME-$VERSION-ee.zip

Solution:
Implement exception for WAS and WLS here
