Problem:

The SQLServer tests running in the DC take 5-10 times longer than in the HQ. The is probably related to the setup in the DC.
Bare metal -> KVM -> Docker -> KVM vs Bare metal -> Docker -> KVM.

AT:

• Install KVM on one of the HQ CI machines
• Setup the KVM image provided by Tim
• Run SQLServer test
• Compare build time results to plain Docker performance in the HQ. This should give us a direction in which we have to look further
