Currently, a call activity can be specified with an input/output mapping (as documented here: https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.3/api-references/bpmn20/#subprocesses-call-activity-passing-variables) but not input/output parameters (as documented here: https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.3/guides/user-guide/#process-engine-process-variables-inputoutput-variable-mapping). However, the latter is required for feature CAM-4516.
