Problem:
If the input and output clauses of a decision table do not have a name, then in cockpit in the decision instance view the name cell is left empty and the whole row has a red background (the variable-table-widget marks the row as invalid).

AT:

• if an input or output clause does not provide a name then the clause id is used as the name in the input and output tab
