Variable download does not start in Internet Explorer

      Use Internet Explorer

      Reproduce

      • Go to process instance view of the Change Variables Process
      • Open the variables tab
      • select download of the bytesVar Variable

      Problem

      • IE opens the content of the variable on a new page
      • no download will be started

      Expected Behaviour

      • download of the variable starts automatically (similar to chrome and firefox)

            technically speaking yes.
            However we have no automated test for it.
