      1. Implement pagination for the user list
      2. Validate MyBatis Query

      AT:

      • there exists a new LDAP config property authorizationCheckEnabled
      • default is true
      • if authorizationCheckEnabled is set to false, then the authorization checks are not performed when querying for users and groups
