switch to camunda namespace in eclipse plugin for BPMN

      AT:

      • properties panel works with new camunda namespace and not with activiti namespace anymore
      • we do not support both namespaces at a time
      • if a user opens a diagram with the old namespace, we offer to convert it to the new, showing a similar message as the attachement
