Replace screenshot in WebSphere installation guide

      The screenshot about defining resources in the right scope [1] can be misleading as it shows the configuration screen of the resource adapter (RAR). Since 7.2, however, the resource adapter no longer needs to be installed as it is bundled within the EAR.
