I can query Historic Activity Instances by Tenant-Id

      TODO:

      • adjust the SQL scripts (create and update) and add a column TENANT_ID_ on ACT_HI_ACTINST table
      • add a field tenantId on entity class
      • adjust the default history event producer and set the tenant-id
      • add a method on the HistoricActivityInstanceQuery to filter by a list of tenant-ids
      • adjust the REST-API (dto for query request / response)
