Unique Constraint on Process Definitions with Tenant Id

      A process definition should be unique by key, version and tenant id. So there can be process definitions with same key and version but different tenant ids.

      Currently, there are a unique constraint that doesnt work for DB2, MYSQL, MARIADB and H2 since the tenant id can be null.
