Update form fields styling

      Use the "strich" styles for form related elements like

      • input
      • select
      • textarea
      • checkbox
      • radio
      • label
      • button
      • legend & fieldset

      (this doen't mean that all elements need update but rather that they have to visually match)

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app

            • Problems with Basic Form layout: if a text input field has no value / placeholder, it is hard to relate the label to the input field because the label is closer to another input field...
            • Read only is not clear
            • Search is not working (visually) => CAM-5819
