Incident of timer boundary event job references wrong activity

      If in the attached process the timer is trigged and the failingTask fails an incident is created
      with the activtiyId set to userTask. Expected would be that it references the boundary activity.

      Make sure Cockpit's behavior in this case is manually tested after the fix has been implemented.
