Retry time cycle is not recognized on async events

    Description

      Problem:
      Whenever an event is set to be async (ie. async before or async after) a given custom retry time cycle is not recognized. The custom retry time cycle is only recognized if the event is a timer event.

      Expected behavior:
      A given custom retry time cycle is also recognized on async events.

      Hint:
      The parsing of the retry time cycle happens in the FaxFailedJobParseListener
