Focus border for focussable elements missing

      Reproduce:

      • navigate through tasklist using tab

      Expected:

      • every element I can focus shows an outline if it is focussed

      Observed:

      • no outline shown for:
      • Engine-Select, Profile, Home Top Menu
      • Create a filter button
      • layout toggle buttons
      • Form Fullscreen button
      • Add Sorting button
      • Add Comment button

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app

            I still can't access the sorting arrow for ASC/DESC (the "add" button is fine though).
