Description
When visiting the cockpit dashboard or the process list, the user has to wait for the process definition instance statistics and the incident statistics. With a growing number of instances this can take quite some time. During this time the user does not see the list of deployed processes which leads to a frustrating experience.
We should improve this by simply loading the list and rendering it with a simple list query and then fetch the statistics while the user already sees what is deployed. The user should get visual feedback that the statistics are still loading, however.
