[CAM-5602] Concurrent execution variables can get lost during migration

Solution idea:
Make concurrent variables migrating instances that are detached/attached when their owning activity instance is detached/attached in the tree.

I'll look into fixing ~~CAM-3941~~ as well, or else we may end up with two variables with the same name and execution id after migration and following tree compaction.
