    Description

Consider the process diagrams attached. We want to migrate from process 1 to process 2.

Given two instances of A within one MI body instance. There be two instances of the subprocess after migration. This is different to adding a subprocess to a regular embedded subprocess where there would be one new subprocess instance that contains both instances of A. This can be distinguished as "for-each-child" instantiation semantics and "for-all-children" instantiation semantics. We currently do "for-all-children" only.
