Change Naming of Deployments with no Source in Cockpit

      In Cockpit, if a deployment has no source then it displays "<undefined>" for source. On other pages (e.g. process instance view), it displays "null" if a property is not set (e.g. business-key).

      We should always use "null" if a property is not set.

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
