Batch access is restricted to tenant of the source process definition

      • TENANT_ID_ column of batch table is populated with tenant id of the source process definition for migration
      • same for historic batch table
      • tenant id is propagated to jobs, job definitions, and incidents
      • batch query respects currently authenticated tenants
      • batch statistics are restricted to currently authenticated tenants
      • deleting a batch checks the tenant and fails if current tenant does not match
      • historic batch query respects currently authenticated tenants
      • deleting a historic batch checks the tenant and fails if current tenant does not match
      • I can query for batches/historic batches/batch statistics by tenant id

            I assume the last point was optional and not implemented?

            • (there is a way to programmatically determine a batch's tenant id)

            Maybe we should remove it from this ticket and create a separate one?
