- TENANT_ID_ column of batch table is populated with tenant id of the source process definition for migration
- same for historic batch table
- tenant id is propagated to jobs, job definitions, and incidents
- batch query respects currently authenticated tenants
- batch statistics are restricted to currently authenticated tenants
- deleting a batch checks the tenant and fails if current tenant does not match
- historic batch query respects currently authenticated tenants
- deleting a historic batch checks the tenant and fails if current tenant does not match
- I can query for batches/historic batches/batch statistics by tenant id
