I can only query Process Definitions which belongs to the authenticated Tenants

    Description

      AT:

      • when I query process definitions then I find only definitions which belongs to one of the authenticated tenant ids or to no tenant
      • if no authenticated tenant id is set then I find only definitions which belongs to no tenant
      • if no authentication is set (i.e. no user id) then I find all definitions
