      • add integration for karma as end2end test runner
      • karma invoked via maven-karma-plugin -> invokes end2end test and fails/passes the build according to test results
      • introduces new karma (and thus node JS dependency) into build -> must be documented somewhere
      • is uncritical for engine and platform builds as long as -Pwebapps-integration is ommited
