I can only query Management Data which belongs to the authenticated Tenants

      • I find only data which belongs to one of the authenticated tenant ids or to no tenant
      • if no authenticated tenant id is set then I find only data which belongs to no tenant
      • if no authentication is set (i.e. no user id) then I find all data
