AT:

• using the Message API, I can only correlate a message to executions and process definitions which belongs to one of the authenticated tenants
• if no authenticated tenant id is set then I can only correlate the message to executions and process definitions which belongs to no tenant
• if no authentication is set (i.e. no user id) then I can correlate the message to all executions and process definitions
