Using a Filter, I can only find Tasks which belongs to the authenticated Tenants

      AT:

      • using the filter service, I can only find tasks which belongs to one of the authenticated tenants
      • if no authenticated tenant id is set then I can only find tasks which belongs to no tenant
      • if no authentication is set (i.e. no user id) then I can find all tasks

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
