I can delete and retry failed batch jobs in Cockpit

    Description

      AT:

      • In the details view of a running batch that has failed jobs:
      • In the list of jobs, I have a column with "actions"
      • For every job, I can increment the retries and delete the failed job
      • Additionally, I can retry all failed jobs in the whole batch
      • I can delete the batch itself
      • I can set the cascade parameter when deleting a batch
