Migration batch doesn't hint JobExecutor

      Reproduce:

      • use the invoice showcase to migrate three instances from version 1 to version 2
      • perform the migration async
      • observe the running batches in the batch tab

      Problem:

      • starting the batch job does not trigger the JobExecutor --> finnishing the job takes 2 minutes
