Configure a session-timeout for the Camunda Webapp by default

      Problem:

      • Cockpit does not configure a session-timeout in it's web.xml by default. This can lead to problems because application servers then set a default session-timeout by themself which can vary.

      AT:

      • A session-timeout of 30 minutes is configured for all Camunda webapp distributions
