Improve batch job creation by not updating batch configuration

      Idea:

      • Instead of modifying the batch configuration on every seed job invocation (updating the process instance list) using the batch information to calculate the process instance list index to work with

      Information available:

      • jobsCreated + invocationsPerBatchJob = index!?

            We are closing this ticket as part of our backlog grooming. Reasons:
