loading cockpit reports tab takes very long

      Precondition:
      I've started camunda-bpm-plkatform-ee in developer mode
      Additionally I've created 1000 CallingCallActivity instances.

      Problem:
      When I open the report tab it takes over 43 sec for the /history/process-instance?firstResult=0&maxResults=1 request
      and the history/process-instance/report?startedAfter=XXXX request
