Names, Groups, Tenants cannot handle # sign

      in admin:

      • add user with a name that contain the # sign.

      Problem:

      • the new user cannot be edited
      • the user cannot be deleted

      Hint
      same behaviour with groups and tenants

            Currently we have no explicite tests for using the # sign in names.

            Naming in admin works < 7.5.
            I will split this issue into admin naming and variable naming.
