Improve Performance for diagram move actions

    Description

      Currently, moving the diagram is not very performant (and even worse when the diagrams are linked in the migration view). We should investigate the cause of this and how we can improve it.

      Possible causes:

      • Updating the URL to include the viewbox frequently might be slow
      • Displaying the overlays while moving might be slow
      • Applying the viewbox delta for linked diagrams might have too high freqency
