DB2 create scripts are slow in the HQ

    Description

      With the current configuration:

      • CentOS 7 - Kernel 3.10.0-327.13.1.el7.x86_64
      • Docker 1.11.1
      • Device Mapper Storage Backend + SSD

      the create of a db2 schema is slow. This may be related to the configuration as it is essentially faster in the DC which has slower hardware.

      It also seems to be a problem observed by others: https://github.com/jeffbonhag/db2-docker/issues/4
