L3 - Default Description
In CMMN 1.0 plan item on part connections are not allowed to cross stage boundaries. This has been changed with CMMN 1.1, so that plan item on part connections are allowed to cross stage boundaries. (Note: A plan item on part connection cannot cross case plan model boundary.)
The engine implements in case of plan item on part connections the CMMN 1.0 specification.
