Relocate sources of Webapp EE Karma to test folder

      We need to relocate these tests

      to the test folder to follow the Maven project layout guidelines

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app

            Is there a good reason we do it differently in the EE repository than in the CE repository? In CE, the frontend sources (including the tests) are outside the maven project layout in the ui/ directory. If possible, we should be consistent across the repositories.
