Yeah! The good ol' famous "max-selectors" bug!
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9906794/internet-explorers-css-rules-limits
And they are 4375 (and only 4095 are allowed in IE9)..

Possible solution:
Split stylesheets (1 for layouts, 1 for the rest)
