Translation of dates does not work

      Bug:

      • all times and dates are translated in english

      Expected:

      • all times and dates are translated in the time/date format which is specified in the locale file

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Start the tasklist with another locale config (e.g. german or japanese).

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
