Move webapp ee plugin styles to ee plugins

      Styles related to ee plugins are currently in the ce repository.
      With the new possibilities to add stylesheets to a plugin they can now be moved to the ee repository, closer to the code the refer to.

      we should move these styles to EE.

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app

            There was less styles to be moved than I first expected (which is good, it means that most of the styles defined are generic enough).
