I can register a Listener for Decisions

    Description

      AT:

      • the listener can be registered at the DmnEngineConfiguration
      • the listener is invoked when a decision and all required decisions are evaluated
      • an event is passed to the listener which contains the result of the invoked decision (root) and all required decisions (nested) - separated from each other
      • also the event contains the number of all evaluated elements
