Schedule parts of Engine-IT CI to run on weekend

    Description

      Problem:

      We have a high number of jobs running in the datacenter when people commit to multiple maintenance branches. This causes an increased chance of failure for the running tests, which in turn shows up as lots of failed jobs on the broken page.
      This affects all maintenance branches.

      AT:

      • Move parts of the Engine-IT tests for each maintenance branch to run during the weekend.
      • These parts consist of the primary database versions for each database. Non-primary database jobs will be deleted as they do not provide any benefit.
      • Only Engine-IT H2 will be run on commit( or another DB if H2 isn't suitable for the application server, eg. WebSphere).
