Changing tasks with arrow keys should set focus

      Reproduce:

      • Have multiple tasks in list of tasks
      • Use Keyboard to select first Task
      • Focus in on the title of the task card of the first task
      • Use down arrow to select next task

      Expected:

      • Focus is set to the title of the task card of the next task

      Observed:

      • Focus remains on the title of the task card of the first task
