when the process engine parse a DMN file which contains more than one decision (table) then it should create a Decision Requirement Definition (DRD) (belongs to the definitions element)
the key of the DRD is the id of the definitions element
the version of the DRD is resolved based on the key (and is independent from the versions of the decisions)
